A water level detector for atmospheric vessel and storage tank applications rejects the effects of surface turbulence and foaming. Working on the back pressure principle air is slowly bubbled into the vessel at its base through a sensing pipe via a flow regulator keeping the pipe purged of water, flock and general debris. Pressure changes in the panel mounted detector, created by water level changes, are converted to a 4-20 mA output signal. Loop powered, the detector can be connected to any control system. Simple mounting and electrical connection is by a standard octal plug in base. Air connection via an 8mm compression fitting with 6mm reducer supplied as standard. Measuring L 125mm W 50mm H 50mm with a repeatability and hysteresis to +/- 0.2% span there is no electronic calibration necessary. 3 different detectors offer maximum height detection ranges of 1.8M, 4.6M, 9.1M.

This panel mounting module is designed for use in detecting water using the conductivity (resistance) principle. It has four channels and is able to detect the presence of water in up to four different water vessels if necessary, with a common return line to all channels. It is very cost effective. It has power and output status indications. The supply is phase mains and the outputs are voltage free single contact relays. The sensors are not provided but all standard industry types can be used.
A small 4-channel, 4-20mA detector module for control panel system designs, alarm control, current to relay and level control conversions. Monitoring a single 4-20mA current, from powered or unpowered sources / sensors, it operates any one of 4 independently controlled and isolated output relays with the calibration trip point multiturn controls easily accessible. Hysteresis sensitivity is 60A per channel. LED indication is provided for mains / dc / channels relay status. Module supply is 120V or 240V phase mains, integral dc supply for unpowered sources is 12Vdc and the SPST, 2A / 250Vac relay contact outputs are voltage free and un-powered in the normally open state. Pin compatible with standard mechanical relay types, a SPCO relay module using electrical noise free zero crossing detector semiconductor triac outputs for 240V phase switching applications situated near to sensitive instrumentation e.g. in control panels. The module requires a permanent 240V ac phase supply with a phase input control signal switching threshold at 180Vac and each output driving up to 1A ac (output triacs rated at 15A). LED status indication for on and off states. Simple mounting and electrical connection by a standard octal plug in base. Measuring L 125mm W 50mm H 50mm.
pt100 or AD590 temperature probe threshold detector with relay output
This panel mounting module is designed for use in detecting a single temperature value that is set by the user. It has power and alarm and safe output status indications. The supply is phase mains and the output is a fail safe voltage free change over contact relay. Two types are available, one for a pt100 sensor (2 wire) and one for an AD590 sensor (+/-). The sensors are not provided but standard industry pt100 (resistance) and AD590 (electronic) temperature sensor probe types can be used. This unit can be supplied with 24V dc input power or with an integrated mains input power supply.
